Andrew is one of my closest friends from college, and a few weeks ago he married a sweet chic named Jeniece. I was honored to be present at this small wedding, and the best part was that it took place 9 minutes from my house at a secluded nameless beach.
First time I've shot a wedding. The shots turned out more photo-journalistic, big surprise from a cinematographer who typically works in documentary. The collection diverges quite a bit from traditional wedding photos, which is fine - this was not a normal wedding. I had a lot to work with - you'd have a hard time finding a more beautiful place to get married. The group was small and intimate so I felt really comfortable getting in close for some shots without feeling like I was disrupting the flow of the ceremony. Tons of fun.
